The modern fully-equipped moulding shop is designed to meet a wide variety of needs. 60 injection moulding machines ranging from 75 T to 1400 T clamping force are able to cater for an extensive range of component sizes. The plant has Centralized Raw Material Feeding System thus eliminating chances of contamination and improving production efficiency. The Plastic materials processed range from LDPE, HDPE, PP, HIPS to plain and filled grades of ABS, Nylons, POM, PBT, Polycarbonate and High Heat Engineering plastics (PEEK & PPS).
Gas assisted injection moulding at our facility helps us in maintaining the aesthetic value of critical parts and reducing part weight in otherwise thick sectioned areas.
The Blow Moulding Facility produces reservoirs, bottles and other hollow parts for industrial and consumer applications.
